A Guide for Developing Family Planning Messages for Women in the First Year Postpartum
The Guide was written to help program managers create postpartum family planning (PPFP) messages to be used in family planning, maternal, newborn, child and other health programs. It includes eight key PPFP behaviors for postpartum women, their families and communities to prevent unplanned pregnancies during the first year after a birth.
